钢铁与冶金厂防爆电话的典型应用

钢铁联合企业涵盖炼焦、炼铁、炼钢、煤气回收、喷煤、公辅及全厂管网等广阔区域。各区域通信条件差异大:有的高温、多尘、强噪音,有的涉及焦炉煤气、高炉煤气、转炉煤气或天然气等可燃介质。

因此,钢厂选电话不能只看能否通话。安装点、危险区划、通信线缆及事故时需联络的部门,都影响终端选型与总体架构。

防爆电话主要设在危险区内的固定通信点。普通生产区可按环境选用工业电话、IP电话等,无需全厂防爆。

炼焦与焦炉煤气处理区

炼焦是防爆通信的典型场景。焦炭生产、煤气净化与输送涉及焦炉煤气及化工介质,该区域管线、阀门、设备密集,多处需持续巡检。

依危险区等级,防爆电话可装于焦炉操作位、净化单元、煤气阀组、泵站、风机等日常检查或操作点。

主要目的是保障现场与炼焦控制室的可靠联系。如操作员发现压力异常、设备异响或阀门错位,可从最近固定电话直呼控制室,不必回值班室另找设备。

若接入集中调度系统,每个终端可显示物理位置(如“焦炉区03”),调度员接电话即知来源,省去确认位置的时间。

高炉与转炉煤气系统

高炉区域有大设备、高平台、长管线及分散辅机。高炉煤气系统含阀门、除尘器、输气管,因此设备区、巡检路线及关键煤气点常设固定电话。

工业噪声不容忽视。鼓风机、除尘器、输送机等连续运转时,普通电话铃声易被掩盖。

此类场所可按需为防爆电话配防爆号角喇叭或声光报警。控制室呼叫现场时,人员不仅听到铃声,还能察觉更响的信号或闪光。

钢厂高炉与煤气区防爆电话应用
防爆电话、号角喇叭和视觉报警可根据危险区划、环境噪声和通信距离部署于高炉及煤气系统区域。

外接喇叭或视觉报警应按实际噪声、安装距离和操作规程决定,不宜统一配置。

转炉炼钢区通信需求集中在转炉煤气回收、除尘及相关公辅。现场终端可接炼钢控制室,也可纳入全厂生产调度,使炼钢、公辅、安全、检修按既定结构沟通。

煤粉制备与PCI区

煤粉制备与喷吹系统的选型不同于常规燃气环境。

破碎、粉磨、储存、输送煤可能产生可燃粉尘。选通信终端前,须先确定安装点的危险物质与区域等级,再核查电话防爆认证是否适用于该特定环境。

典型固定通信点包括磨煤机、煤粉仓、输送系统、PCI操作位及日常巡检处附近。

常见误区:标称“防爆电话”未必适用于所有爆炸性气氛。气体与粉尘环境可能要求不同保护概念、标志和认证范围,采购应依据实际证书和技术文件,而非产品名。

除防爆外,煤粉区还需考虑积尘、壳体密封、定期清洁及电缆入口与电气接头的长期可靠性。

气柜、加压站与公辅设施

大型钢厂通常设有专用公辅系统,用于高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、转炉煤气、天然气等工艺燃气的回收、储存、混合、加压和分配。

气柜、加压站、混合站、调压设施及管道阀组常远离主控制室,而设备切换、阀门操作和日常巡检需频繁与能源调度中心联络。

在合适危险区安装防爆电话,现场人员可直接联系公辅控制中心、生产调度室、安全或检修团队。

气柜、加压站和远程阀站可用固定防爆电话与公辅及生产调度人员保持联系。

如煤气管切换操作时,现场与调度需确认阀门位置、设备状态及步骤顺序。固定电话提供明确通信点,不因人员移动而变。

类似需求也出现在厂区煤气管架、远程阀室、泵站及公辅管线上。大型联合钢厂中,这些远程点的可靠固定通信可能比办公电话更重要。

防爆电话如何接入钢厂调度系统

新建与改造项目的通信基础设施差异大,故无统一接法。应视现场使用IP网络、既有模拟线路或两者混合来选架构。

SIP防爆电话接入IP网络

已有工业以太网时,SIP防爆电话可直接接工业交换机,向IP PBX或SIP调度平台注册。

典型路径:防爆电话 → 工业交换机 → 厂区IP网 → IP PBX/SIP服务器 → 调度台

此架构便于统一分配内线号,调度平台可按厂区、车间或工序组织终端。强插、强拆、录音、群呼、广播集成等功能取决于平台与终端能力,仅SIP不保证全有。

保留原有模拟防爆电话

许多老厂已有大量模拟线路。若现场布线及终端状态良好,改造不必全换。

常见迁移方案:模拟防爆电话 → 原有电缆 → FXS语音网关 → IP网 → IP PBX/调度平台

原有两线电话可继续使用,机房FXS网关将模拟接口转为SIP。如此可先升级核心,再按设备状况、需求和预算逐步更换终端。

电话、广播与无线电通信的集成

大型钢厂通信系统往往不止固定电话,还包括工业广播、手持对讲、集群电台、声光报警及车间独立系统。

若完全隔离,事故时调度员不得不在电话、电台、广播间频繁切换。

如有合适接口,可将防爆电话、标准工业电话、SIP广播及无线电资源整合到统一调度平台,使各通信手段服务于同一生产与应急流程。

钢厂防爆电话、IP PBX、广播与无线电集成调度架构
防爆电话、IP PBX、广播及无线电资源可按系统接口集成到中央生产调度平台。

例如,炼焦区人员通过防爆电话报告煤气异常后,调度员可立即联系安全与检修;如需广泛通知,可用广播或电台通知相关区域。

此架构并非只为把各系统放一个屏上,其真正价值是减少通道隔阂,让现场报警、人员通知和后续调度符合实际处置流程。

选择防爆电话需确认哪些事项

冶金项目选电话时,仅“装于炼焦厂”或“高炉附近”等描述不够,同一生产段内不同安装点的危险区划和环境条件可能差异很大。

确认设备前应检查:

  • 安装位置 – 具体车间、平台、站房或设备区。
  • 危险区划 – 该电话安装点适用的等级。
  • 危险物质 – 是否涉及可燃气体、蒸气或可燃粉尘。
  • 防爆参数 – 保护型式、设备保护级别、气体组别、温度组别、认证范围。
  • 环境条件 – 高低温、粉尘、雨淋、腐蚀、振动。
  • 环境噪声 – 是否需外接喇叭、增音铃声或声光报警。
  • 通信接口 – 采用SIP联网还是保留模拟线路。
  • 后端系统 – 需连接IP PBX、调度台、录音、广播或无线电系统。

施工前还应审视实际安装位置。若电话离操作点太远或被设备、管道遮挡,即使规格达标,紧急时也难以及时使用。

钢厂防爆通信的关键不是多装防爆电话,而是把合适的固定终端放在真正需要可靠通信的地方(炼焦、煤气回收、公辅、煤粉等),并可靠接入相关控制室与调度系统。

有模拟电话基础的老厂可用网关逐步过渡到IP;新建项目则可直接采用SIP防爆电话、IP PBX和集中调度。最终防爆参数、接口和功能应依据危险区文件、设计要求和现场网络条件确定。
